2. No guarantees of value or grade

Market context is informational only and is not a guaranteed value.
The app does not provide investment advice.
AI and market data can be wrong or incomplete/stale. You must verify a card's identity before selling or submitting it for grading.

3. Your responsibilities

Listing and selling decisions are yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing you create.
Do not use the service to misrepresent a card's grade, authenticity, or value.

4. Market data

Market data may be incomplete or stale. Active listings are asking prices, not sold comps, and are shown separately.

5. Content and photo rights

You retain rights to your uploaded photos. You grant Grade Optic the limited rights needed to store, process, and display them so the service can function (identify, precheck, generate display covers, export).

6. Deletion and export (user control)

You can export your card list and original photos, and request deletion of your photos and data. See the Privacy page for how data controls work today.

7. Limitation of liability & acceptable use

The service is provided "as is," to the extent permitted by law. Acceptable-use and account-termination terms apply.
